And I kind of agree with him, even though you can read everywhere that people are expecting that the red lipstick will disappear in the spring/summer of 2014 - I don't think that will happen. The red lipstick is thé basic color that you really need to have and will stay for like always! Red is red, it's timeless! In my opinion the orange lipstick is just a phase.
But still I do adore the orange lips.. Wauw! At almost every runway shows of spring 2014 we saw orange lips, think of
Rag & Bone, DKNY - Donna Karen, Prabal Gurung, Marissa Web and Creatures of the Wind.. And of course we saw it a lot on the red carpet! But even though we're expecting that the orange lips will be thé color for Spring/Summer we already see it on the street..
And gosh I like it so much!!
Well I'm searching for my perfect orange lipstick, but because you really need to look at your skin tone it's not that easy! I do found one for my best friend, now hoping I'll find mine really soon!
If you have the right color of orange it can really make your face shine and glow! If your skin tone is a bit pale or you have pink and reddish in your face - the best orange colors are the ones with a pastel shade or the ones that have more coral or red in them! If your skin tone is warm you can get the bolder shades of orange and the ones that have a bit gold an yellow in them!
